BATCH '79 MEETING

ST. BRIDGET SCHOOL, AV ROOM

  

PRESENT:   Alma A. Francisco, Lisa Hirang, Gina Savella, Shelley dela Vega, Pinky Gonzales, Monique Quisumbing, Suzette Nazareno, Dodi Abella, Nadie Tayag, Elisa Rabino

MINUTES OF THE MEETING:

  1.  The meeting was called to order at 10:55AM with Gigi presiding.
  2. Approval of the previous minutes of the meeting (October 23,2004).
  3. As of the moment, we still cannot get any commitment from Purefoods to give us 10 more booths. Connie Ahoro of batch ’77 volunteered to make the deal with San Miguel to give us the booths that we need. In exchange, members present approved to waive the P500 booth rental fee for their batch and hand over to them to sales of bottled water. Soft drinks to be sold by our batch will be given by San Miguel on a consignment basis.

  1. Repainting of the entrance and exit metal gates have been completed. Back-job of arches' second coat of paint will start this week.

  1. Cover design of souvenir program and the invitation/programs still pending.

  1. T-shirts sizes and orders have been submitted to Lisa. A total of 60 pcs will be ordered.

  1. The sleepover dates have been changed to one night only – check-in Dec. 3, check-out Dec. 4. 7 Suites Hotel submitted their formal quotation which includes the following:

·                                 P1,100/head for triple sharing

·                                 P1,250/head for double sharing

·                                 Additional P450/head for Saturday (Dec4) lunch buffet

·                                 Rates are inclusive of:

    • Welcome drinks
    • Breakfast
    • Water
    • Free local calls
    • Free use of facilities: deck jacuzzis, observatory, billiard, swimming pool

·                                 Entertainment Room ("Bear Loft") – P3,500+ consumable (4 hours use)

·                                 Reservations will be made at Grilla Restaurant for Friday dinner which is not included in the above rates.

·                                 4 sets of menus were submitted for our approval. Shelley will find out if we can have a combination of some of the items in the menu.

·                                 Shelley will find out if we can negotiate a late check-in (Dec3) and late check-out (Dec4)

  1. The meeting was adjourned at 12:20pm.
  2. The next meeting will be on November 13 at 10:00AM – 12:00noon. Dance rehearsal to follow.
