The meeting was called to order at 11:15AM with Alma Francisco presiding.

1. Effective next month, Monique will be giving financial reports on a monthly basis.

2. Suzette will email Pat the list of names of those who have already contributed without the amounts. Interested parties who wish to contribute other than cash or check are welcome to donate their time and ideas.

3. It was agreed that we hire a dance instructor to teach our dance for the batch presentation. A core group will attend these sessions and they will teach the rest of the girls. Monique and Lisa to look for a DI. Sessions tentatively start in August.

4. Photos of Batch '79 will be needed for our souvenir programs that will double as our mini-directory. Monique is collating these photos and still has a long way to go. Elisa will contact Chat Peypoch Studio and see if they have a file of our batch photos.

5. Food Booths - Lisa will check if she can get the booths sponsored. If we can get them for free, we will rent them out for P500 each.

6. Wilma volunteered to sponsor the tables and chairs with table cloths.

The meeting was adjourned at 12 noon.
