Attendees: Alma Alvarez-Francisco, Suzette David, Wilma Buenviaje, Pinky Mabanta-Gonzales, Shelley Dela Vega, Alice Nepomuceno, Eliza Rabino, Monique Quisumbing-Ignacio and Tessa Belleza.

 

1. The meeting continued the discussion on the project Batch '79 will donate to the school: the construction of the entrance and exit school gates. The meeting agreed that the gates would be painted blue.
2. Shelley suggested that we open the project to bidders. So that those in the U.S. will not have anything to say by awarding the project directly, we might as well have an open bid on the project.
3. For the fund raising, Shelley also suggested a co-sponsorship with her sorority group who is presenting a premier film showing of "Tomb Raider 2." She will ask her sorority and provide the details.
4. Pinky showed the solicitation letter from the Alumni Association. It was agreed Monique Quisumbing-Ignacio and Suzette David will sign the letters.
5. Monique also suggested that we open an SBS account, different from the present joint account, where we can receive all solicitation raised from the letters. The account will state that it is an SBS Batch 79 account. 
6. Suzette reported that the collection to date is P12,500, while according to Pat's e-mail she was able to collect pledges amount to $2,950.00 
7. The next meeting has been scheduled for June 28, Saturday.
