3. Scholarship fund
Mayette suggested a scholarship fund for a child in SBS. Alumni from abroad are very interested.  Mayette is looking for a way to make tax-deductible donations, which is possible if there is a legally recognized foundation in the USA.
Shelley suggested to Sr Lourdes that the Alumni society apply to the SEC as an Alumni Foundation to make donations easier, tax-deductible, and so that official receipts can be issued to donors. Then, USA alumni can open a chapter of the foundation there. Sr. Lourdes agreeable to suggestion.
