2. CD copy of reunion Liza Hirang suggested video coverage of the live
activities. The whole coverage (VCD copy) at the price of Php 15,000.00. Shelley suggested to give quotation for the
entire activity, and if we can include the souvenir program/class directory in CD-ROM format.
3. Scholarship fund
Mayette suggested a scholarship fund for a child
in SBS. Alumni from abroad are very interested. Mayette is looking for a way to make tax-deductible donations, which
is possible if there is a legally recognized foundation in the USA.
Shelley suggested to Sr Lourdes
that the Alumni society apply to the SEC as an Alumni Foundation to make donations easier, tax-deductible, and so that official

alumni can open a chapter of the foundation there. Sr. Lourdes agreeable to suggestion.
