1. Suzette informed the body that the money to be raised by Pat will be deposited to Elizas account in December. Meanwhile, Joji Castañeda agreed to advance the money first.
2. Suzette raised the question about who our batch will nominate for this Novembers election for the Board. The meeting agreed to nominate Monique Quisumbing-Ignacio. And the batch promised to support her for the elections.
3. A letter from the SBS Alumnae Association signed Pilar Gilda Quitasol was presented at the meeting. The objective was to raised P20,000 per batch for the repairs and waterproofing of the audi roof, "Raise the Audi Roof" Project. Some members already pledged money to be collected at the next meeting. Lisa was assigned to collect the money for this project.
4. Regarding having booths for this Novembers homecoming, Suzette informed the meeting that the Alumnae Board will discuss this at their next Board meeting. Lisa will also collect payment for this years homecoming, which will be on November 30. The batch decided that they will all wear baby blue for the homecoming.
5. The following selected their own committees:
• ·         Gigi - Solicitation / Food and Beverage
• ·         Lisa - Physical Arrangement
• ·         Alma Sound System
• ·         Malu Sound System
6. Some individuals will collect contributions from their own friends: Lisa will collect from Iremar and Edwina, Monique will collect from Tessa Acda, Cristy, Arleen, Rory and Lubelle.

The next meeting has been scheduled for October 18, Saturday.
