have been given a discount with the following rates:
- P1,500 / night per person for double occupancy; P1,300/night per person for
triple occupancy, inclusive of 3 meals and 2 snacks
- additional P200/person for buffet meals.
Pinky will choose the menu. Shelley will communicate with hotel management for
other requests.
Responsible

5. Alma to prepare invitations and program for jubilee.
6. Edwina suggested (through Gigi) the token we could give our teachers who will be attending
the jubilee, personalized notes with the theme "what I remember most about you". Lisa suggested we write down our notes on
paper (to be provided), with the photo of the teacher and to be placed in Edwina's gift boxes. The gift boxes will be donated
by Edwina.
Responsible person/s: Gigi and Lisa
7. The members who were present approved to allocate P20,000 for the videotaping of the jubilee. Angga
and Tere will help edit the video and provide the script. Lisa volunteered additional sound system for free.
Responsible
person/s: Lisa, Angga and Tere
8. Souvenir programs will be sold at P400/copy and not P300 as earlier presented. If we could raise P40,000
for the printing, we can have it for free. Sponsorship letters available with Pinky. Nadia is pledging P10,000. That leaves
the group responsible for P30,000.
Responsible
person: Pinky
9. Purefoods was able to commit only 2 booths for our use. Eileen will try to make them commit to the 12
that we were asking for. While waiting for their approval, Gigi will try to get Nestle to sponsor the booths.
Responsible
person/s: Eileen and Gigi
10. The members present will have to make a final decision on the venue for the main program. Originally, we opted
to use the basketball court for its proximity to the gate which will be inaugurated. Since the basketball game will be scheduled
between the mass and the program proper, we are anticipating the problem of setting up the chairs and tables to be used for
the program. Some suggestions include having the mass at the quadrangle near the chapel, or the auditorium.
11. Edna Cortes-Reinbach will be sponsoring the fishball cart and agreed to donate the proceeds to our class
funds.
12. The rummage sale was scheduled on October 17, 2004, Saturday. All donations must be in by October 2 so the
committee in-charge has time to sort and price the items.
Responsible
person/s: Suzette, Lisa, Gigi and Alma
13. Streamer #2 was approved for posting at the school gate.
