    4. GATE PROJECT:

1. Repainting and backjob of Grace Marfori to commence on November 14 as promised (again) to Lisa.

    5.  JUBILEE CELEBRATION:

1. San Miguel/Coke approved to sponsor 10 booths and 15 cases of assorted softdrinks. Thanks to the efforts of Connie Ajorro (Batch ’77), who made the deal for us.
2. In exchange, we will give batch ’77 2 booths for free.
3. Ice and cooler to be provided by our batch
4. Ask San Miguel to give us streamers and banderitas. Suzette to coordinate with Connie Ajorro.

5. Edna’s fishball cart will include sago and gulaman and pineapple juice.

6.  SOUVENIR PROGRAM/DIRECTORY:

1.       The cover design was submitted and approved. Royal blue color will be used instead of the color submitted.

2.       130 copies to be printed was approved.

7.  PROGRAM/INVITATION:

1.       Design # 2 approved. It wil be executed on light blue book paper.

1.       76 pcs have been ordered and ready for distribution on November 20.

11.  It was suggested that we have a cocktail party exclusively for our batch after the jubilee celebration. This is to be finalized next meeting.
