1.                  We propose to our fellow batchmates in the US if you can attend the homecoming on NOV. 28 instead of NOV. 30.  WE NEED YOUR REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please e-mail back if you can make it.

2.                  The design of the batch tshirt has already been finalized.  Lisa Hirang will present sample sizes at the next batch meeting on 7 Aug.

3.                  Some changes were made in the Homecoming Program.   They are—

2pm – Registration – seniors of 2004 will assist in the registration

3 pm  Exhibition Basketball  -- Cookie Antonio and Tinette Encinas are in charge

            -  intermission:  presentation of board candidates and casting of ballots

 4pm  -- Mass and Blessing of the gate

5:30 –             Welcome remarks from Shelley

5:40    Intro of batch 79 members by emcees Tinette Encinas and Eilleen Salud

            Powerpoint presentation

6:00    Song by Batch 79 or 74/84

6:15    Dance by batch 1979

6:30    Awarding of faculty members/staff

7:00      Announcement of new board members

7:30    Closing remarks of Sr. Lourdes and passing of candle to next batch 80
