MINUTES OF THE MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 11:15 AM with Shelley presiding.

The members voted 1-9 for the title for this year's homecoming.
- "Staying Alive at 25" - 1
- "Batch'79@25" - 9

The member voted 10-0 for the theme
- Retro ( the 70's) 10
- Fiesta (Filipiniana) -

The members voted 10-0 to hold the program at the covered court. Equipment to be used like microphone, speakers can
be transferred from the auditorium. Platforms from the classrooms can be used for the stage.
- Tere to check and specify other things needed in the chosen venue.

According to Suzette, the food assignements for the different batches were discussed in their last Board meeting.
- Batch '79 - fishballs, sago, gulaman
- Batch '77 - BBQ
- Batch '82 - hotdog
We have also asked the help of Sr. Lourdes to help contact Monina for her cheeserolls.

Lisa suggested we set a deadline for the collection of contributions. Everyone agreed and the deadline was set for
AUGUST 30, 2004.

Suggestions for the program:
- Tere suggested an mtv
type of presentation of a song to be sung by the members of our batch and shown on screen instead of the usual powerpoint
presentation in the previous reunions. Estimate cost of editing and filming is about 40k. Copies of the CD can be made and
sold to generate some funds. This suggestion will be shelved for the time being until we are sure of our collections.
- Basketball games.
